These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Zinc. By booking, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Zinc provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to soft washing, exterior window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and related maintenance services for residential and commercial properties.

Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, scheduling availability, and property accessibility.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or inaccessible properties may be subject to a cancellation fee at Zinc’s discretion.

Zinc reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather or unsafe working conditions.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing for services will be provided before work begins and may vary depending on property size, accessibility, condition, and scope of work.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Zinc accepts approved payment methods communicated at the time of service.

Additional charges may apply if the actual service conditions differ significantly from the original estimate.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property during scheduled service appointments. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and notifying Zinc of any hazards or fragile areas.

Customers should inform Zinc in advance of any pre-existing property damage, delicate materials, or areas requiring special care.

5. Liability

While Zinc exercises professional care and attention during every service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, aging materials, failed seals, oxidation, cracked glass, loose fixtures, or conditions outside our control.

We are not liable for damages caused by unsafe property conditions, improper installation, structural defects, or pre-existing wear.

Certain stains, buildup, oxidation, or discoloration may not be fully removable through standard cleaning methods.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we may reasonably assess and address any service-related concerns.

7. Termination of Service

Zinc reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if working conditions are unsafe, hazardous, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for safe and professional completion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
